Activator for CA adhesives SENUS - 400ml
- Activator for SENUS CA adhesives, 400 ml capacity.
An accelerator for the hardening of Super Glue-type cyanoacrylate adhesives. Prevents efflorescence and allows for significantly thicker joints. When used on porous surfaces, it prevents the adhesive from soaking into the pores of the material.
Capacity: 400 ml
The activator can be applied in two ways:
Before gluing: Apply the activator to one side and allow it to dry. Apply cyanoacrylate adhesive to the prepared surface. Join the parts quickly and allow them to harden.
After gluing: Apply cyanoacrylate adhesive to the surface to be bonded and join the two parts together. Then spray the activator onto the glued surfaces and allow the joint to harden. For a smooth surface, spray from a distance of 30 cm.
How to choose the right product for bonding?
Thin glue ensures instant bonding times with precision application and invisible joints. However, it is not suitable for vertical applications as the glue will run off quickly.
Medium adhesive is a great compromise between bonding speed and precision of application due to its moderate setting time.
Thick adhesive, thanks to its high density, delays bonding, thus giving time for any corrections to the joined elements, and allows it to be used in difficult places without streaking, as it does not run off the bonded surfaces.
Extra thick adhesive is characterized by a long setting time, allowing for easy adjustment of the joined elements, and is ideal for vertical applications.
Brush-on adhesive is the equivalent of thin adhesive with a convenient applicator.
Gel adhesive is the thickest adhesive in our range and has a gel-like, non-liquid consistency, which is why it is stored in a special tube.
Black adhesive is a special rubber-based adhesive for technical applications, repairs, or filling gaps.
