EVA foam black 10mm with a density of 80kg/m3 and a hardness of 30 Shore A. Available in 100x100cm and 50x100cm sizes. When ordering 2 100x100 pieces, we send a 200x100cm sheet.
Foam is suitable for making basic elements of Cosplay props and costumes. It is characterized by lower hardness and stiffness compared to foam black 100kg/m3.
It is also available in color grey. For the more demanding, we recommend higher density foam.
EVA foam is a lightweight, flexible material suitable for thermoforming. After heating tanner it can be shaped so that after cooling, the foam retains the shape it was given. It is very easy to work with and always remains flexible. Suitable for laser cutting and for milling. It cuts with ease knife.
It is also a material used for insulation or soundproofing. On the other hand, thanks to its smooth surface, it looks very aesthetically pleasing and is easy to clean.
It is characterized by resistance to water, atmospheric conditions and high buoyancy by which it is used in the production of elements used in water.
